Anxiety, unlike fear which is a response to an immediate real or perceived situation, is the anticipation of a threat that may, or may not, occur in the future. It embraces the draining feelings of fear and worry and usually involves making a generalised disproportional focus on the situation. It is a debilitating state and often results in both physical and mental symptoms such as muscular tension, restlessness and concentration problems. Anxiety disorders are potential problems of long term or high level bouts of anxiety.
With the benefits available through Time Line Therapy TM, the anxiety emotion can be completely eliminated allowing confidence and peace to restore the mind to a positive position.
If I take death into my life, acknowledge it, and face it squarely, I will free myself from the anxiety of death and the pettiness of life - and only then will I be free to become myself.
- Martin Heidegger
